What happens if I can't attend a scheduled session?

I understand that unforeseen events may arise. If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will find a time that works for both of us. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
What equipment do I need to train from home?
Answer:
Very little! We can adapt the workouts depending on the equipment you have available. If you don't have equipment, I will design effective routines using only your body weight. If you have resistance bands, weights or a mat, we will integrate those too.
Can I combine training and nutrition sessions?
Answer:
Of course! The first 2 packages are designed to combine both services, ensuring that we work on both your physical performance and your eating habits.
How long will it take to see results?
Answer:
This depends on your objectives, level of commitment and perseverance. Some clients begin to notice improvements in their energy and strength within 2-4 weeks, while more visible changes, such as weight loss or muscle gain, may take 8-12 weeks.
What if I have dietary restrictions or a medical condition?
Answer:
I design plans that adapt to your specific needs. During the initial evaluation, we will discuss any restrictions or medical conditions to ensure that both training and nutrition are safe and effective for you.
Are the services available to people outside the country?
Answer:
Yes, all services are completely online, meaning you can train with me from anywhere in the world. You just need a stable internet connection.
